Essential Documents

  • Valid Passport (Original + Copies) HIGH PRIORITY

    Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay. Include photocopies of bio-data page.

  • University Offer Letter (CAS/I-20/COE) HIGH PRIORITY

    Unconditional offer letter, Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), I-20 (USA), or COE (Australia).

  • Educational Certificates (Attested) HIGH PRIORITY

    Original transcripts, diplomas, degrees with HEC/IBCC attestation. Include English translations if required.

  • English Proficiency Test Results MEDIUM PRIORITY

    IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or Duolingo test results (must be less than 2 years old).

Financial Documents

  • Bank Statement (Last 6 Months) HIGH PRIORITY

    Official bank statements showing sufficient funds for tuition + living expenses for at least 28 days.

  • Proof of Tuition Fee Payment MEDIUM PRIORITY

    Receipts of tuition fee payments or scholarship award letters.

  • Sponsorship Documents (if applicable) MEDIUM PRIORITY

    Sponsor’s affidavit of support, bank statements, and relationship proof documents.

Medical & Additional Documents

  • Medical Examination & TB Test MEDIUM PRIORITY

    Medical exam results from approved panel physicians. TB test required for some countries.

  • Statement of Purpose (SOP) LOW PRIORITY

    Well-written SOP explaining your study plans, career goals, and reasons for choosing the university.

  • Police Clearance Certificate LOW PRIORITY

    Required for some countries if you’ve lived there for more than 6 months.

  • Passport-Size Photographs LOW PRIORITY

    Recent passport-size photos meeting specific country requirements (usually 2-4 copies).
